Abstracts Submission

This page contains information for the authors contributing to the Symposium on Big Data in Finance, Retail and a Commerce: Statistical and Computational Challenges. 

Although the main theme of the Symposium is on applications to finance, retail and commerce, participants are welcome to submit papers on other areas of applications of Big Data and Data Sciences.

Important Dates
Abstracts submission    30th September 2017   
Notification of Acceptance    within 2 weeks after submission 

Contributed Talks
Authors who want to give a talk are requested to supply an abstract of 1 or 2 pages, or an extended abstract of 4 pages, for inclusion in the symposium book of abstracts.  15 minutes are available for presentation.

Poster Session
Each participant presenting a poster will have available space of A0 size (vertical). Abstracts should be of 1 page, or  of 4 pages (extended abstract), for inclusion in the symposium book of abstracts.

Submission
Abstracts must be written in english and should be sent by e-mail to [email protected].

When sending the email, Indicate whether you would like to present a poster or a contributed talk. Email receipt will be sent within 1 day.
